Machine suitable for forming trays, starting from flat cardboard sheets (blanks).

- Blank vertical storing device, having a capacity of approx. 150 pieces;
- Blank picking-up device, operating by pneumatic arm with vacuum operated suction heads; vacuum is generated by a Venturi unit;
- Motorised rubber-coated rollers moving the blank into the forming area;
- Glueing unit with “Hot-Melt” applicator;
- Tray forming unit;
- Adjustable graduated rulers for size changeover;
- Stainless steel electric board, controlled by PLC;
- Operator’s panel, for sizes’ parameters;
- Electrical installation having IP 55 protection degree;
- Accident-proof protections realised according to European regulations, in aluminium profile and wire net panels. Gates are fitted with safety microswitches;
- Air treatment unit.
